Happy 4th of July!

Happy Independence Day!

What are your plans for the 4th?

I was planning on going out to the fairgrounds tonight to watch the fireworks with a couple of friends, but that seems like a bust. And all my family is busy. My mom is hanging out with my Aunt and Uncle, my youngest sis is at her dads for the weekend, my oldest sister went out of town to spend the weekend with her boyfriend and my other sister is in another state. So, I’m basically going to be by myself. I think I am going to go to the movies or something. I haven’t decided if I want to watch Wanted or Hancock. I’ll probably just decide when I get there.

  1. My 4th wasn’t the best in recent memory, either. Here’s hoping that next year is spectacular– for the both of us. In your most recent entry you say you can’t decide what movie you wanted to see between Hancock and Wanted– I see you chose Wanted. I want to see that as well (?Angelina) but today I saw Hancock and wasn’t disappointed in the least. It was fantastic– I wanted to know what you thought of Wanted?

  2. Yeah, my plans fell through so it was a bit boring and sorry that yours wasn’t what you hoped it would be. I did enjoy the movie…at least for the action. I thought Angelina did a good job, but James McAvoy (the main guy, I think that’s his name) was kind of annoying. I will probably end up seeing Hancock this weekend. It seems like a lot of people enjoyed it.

    Thanks for the comment Erica.

  3. since i live in canada.. my canada day was okay. not much happened, i just went to my cousins. so which movie did you decide to watch? i really need to go see a new movie, but i need an idea.

  4. lol, nevermind, i just saw your “last movie watched” thing. And wanted does seem like a good movie. James McAvoy isnt much of a action-movie guy, thats why i didnt want to see the movie before. they shouldve picked someone better.

  5. Hello Ashley. I didn’t think James was completely horrible, it’s just…it seems like there could have been someone better for the part. I was thinking Ryan Gosling or Jared Leto or someone. heh.

  6. I had the day to myself. I had to flip a coin to decide between watching Get Smart or Wanted. I ended up going to Get Smart.

Maybe next weekend I’ll get to take myself to Wanted.

  7. Hello Amy! How was Get Smart? I was really excited about seeing it, but then I saw the trailers and thought it didn’t look that good.

  8. It was actually funnier than I thought it would be. It was worth seeing. A few times I laughed so hard it hurt.
