Well, for the past couple days I’ve been having a hard time avoiding eating bad snacks and it hasn’t been going so well. However, I got some wonderful advice from Nancy (thank you!) in one of my comments about having snacks that would be good for me. I admit I am someone who enjoys having something to snack on and going cold-turkey isn’t working out for me.
So, I went to the grocery store and bought some healthy snacks to have around the house which will help out tremendously. I bought baby carrots, celery, raisins, strawberries & some cucumbers that I will cut up and put in some Tupperware. I hope this will help with the cravings that I am constantly having.
