I had another dentist appointment yesterday and it went well. They told me I only need to come in one more time, to finish everything. I am really happy to have my teeth fixed and all of this done. But, I may talk to him about having my teeth whitened or something. I would like them to look a bit whiter then they are. So, I may have to go in again. Who knows.
Sometimes, I really…dislike people. I am tired of people being nasty and rude to me. Yet, they then expect things from me. I am just so over it.
Well, I had another dentist appointment yesterday and this one was much less painful. I had a bunch of cosmetic work done and I must admit, I love it. Honestly, throughout this whole ordeal, I thought I might end up losing a bunch of teeth and having to get false ones. There is nothing wrong with that, but I didn’t want that to happen to me. I wanted to keep my real teeth and luckily that is going to happen. I will have to get crowns later down the road to cover two of my teeth that are near the back, but I don’t have to worry about that at the moment.
My gums are a bit swollen, but of course that will go down. I am very, very happy at the moment. My mouth looks so pretty and nice.
I do have another appointment, but that isn’t until April 6th and I am having a bit more cosmetic work done. My dentist and the dentists assistants, have been very nice to me during this whole process and I appreciate them so much. They joke around with me and make me feel comfortable and relaxed, which is something I didn’t think was ever going to happen. It has been a great experience considering that I have had issues in the past with dentists.
Today was a good day. ![]()
I am having horrible pain in my mouth where I had my root canal. It’s weird. Last year, when I had a previous root canal and a tooth extraction done, I barely felt the root canal at all. I am guessing most of the pain was focused on where I had my back tooth taken out, so the tooth that had the root canal didn’t even register with me. But now, I am really feeling the pain. I can’t eat anything hard or really solid. I eat soup and applesauce and whatever is soft that I have and I make sure that I chew on the left side of my mouth so I don’t get anything near the right side of my mouth. I know it’s only been a couple of days, but I hope the pain goes away soon.
I’m sure anyone who is reading my blog is tired of my teeth posts, but it’s what’s going on with me at the moment.
